Our Core Values
Core values and mission statements only matter if you live them. It’s not enough to tack them up on the walls of the conference rooms and forget about them. At Northern Tool + Equipment, we stay true to our values; we live them every day. We don’t chase the latest corporate fashion. We ground our business decisions in fundamentals. NTE’s six core values serve as the guiding and overarching principles of the company, which all employees should understand, believe in, and live by when doing business. Each core value has two core competencies, shown in Northern Tool’s core competency model.
