Located in the heart of Toronto’s Financial District, our head office is easily accessible by TTC and GO Transit, and within walking distance to the Eaton Centre, Scotiabank Arena, Rogers Centre, and CN Tower. Position Summary 

You are a driven marketing leader who is passionate about developing, innovating and implementing effective B2B marketing and partnership strategies. People describe you as a visionary who works tirelessly to align marketing efforts in support of business objectives and enabling the success of our sales teams.

What you will be doing:

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, risk services, customer experience and underwriting teams to develop, adapt and execute highly effective marketing programs to increase market awareness, generate demand, accelerate pipeline and activate partnerships in support of growth objectives for both Federated Insurance and TruShield Insurance
  • Lead, re-define and continuously work to evolve and improve our approach to partnership marketing
  • Manage campaigns on a day-to-day basis, including campaign analyses, and production of detailed reports on campaign performance, conversion rates, CPA and ROI
  • Provide account-based marketing support for select key accounts
  • Be the brand champion for Federated Insurance and TruShield Insurance, ensuring ongoing health, development and brand consistency across all channels
  • Develop relationships with third-party vendors and agencies, oversees timelines of deliverables
  • Other duties as required.

What we are looking for:

  • Post-secondary education in a marketing discipline or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in designing and implementing successful B2B marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sales development strategies and tactics
  • Proven organization, presentation and communication skills
