Located in the heart of Toronto’s Financial District, our head office is easily accessible by TTC and GO Transit, and within walking distance to the Eaton Centre, Scotiabank Arena, Rogers Centre, and CN Tower. Position Summary 

The Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist is responsible for developing digital marketing campaigns that support search, display and social marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and analytics, be extremely organized, self-motivated, and a team player.

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for development and day-to-day management of digital marketing programs and online ad campaigns, including daily bid and budget management;
  • Work alongside digital marketing and brand teams to develop and report on integrated online campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and social platforms;
  • Create, execute, & report on organic search and conversion rate optimization strategies in collaboration with other internal teams
  • Work closely with development team to solve technical SEO issues;
  • Actively monitor/manage campaign pacing and performance, optimizing bidding strategy based on real-time data;
  • Consolidate metrics and provide monthly, quarterly and YoY reports to senior level management, providing guidance for program optimization;
  • Manage PPC budget reconciliations and monthly allocations;
  • Conduct online research of digital media trends, tools, opportunities, and competitive data, recommending strategies based on learnings.

What we are looking for:

  • A minimum of three years’ work experience in a similar role, creating and reporting on paid search campaigns in Google AdWords & other platforms
  • Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Proficient in Content Management Systems (such as WordPress)
  • Experience establishing and reporting on key success metrics

What sets you apart:

  • Must be experienced in working with an external SEM agency on complex and integrated digital ad buys
  • Demonstrable quantitative and analytical skills, and experienced with relevant digital analytics and reporting tools, including Data Studio
  • Significant knowledge of paid search, display, mobile, video, and social campaigns including creative guidelines, targeting and trafficking principals
  • Experience with CRO, A/B and landing page testing
  • Must be highly creative and enjoy self-directed research to determine new strategies to optimize conversions
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEM Rush)
