Position Title: Sales Operations Manager

 

Position Summary: 

As our Sales Operations Manager, you will work with the SAE Managers, RSMs, and IT to develop and maintain KPI, CRM and BPI dashboards, to drive commercial sales excellence, reporting up to the CCO.

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Driving data-driven sales productivity improvements
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis
    • Develop and maintain dashboards to drive productivity and effectiveness
    • Develop and execute internal sales training (Sales Application Engineers & Regional Sales Managers) for best practices, CRM
    • Execute quarterly SAE benchmarking for cross training and best design and engineering practices throughout NAS
  • Driving data-driven opportunity assessment and decision making
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
    • Support strategic planning initiatives, insights, and recommendations
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to develop and support business strategies

 

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of five years of experience in market development, sales, or business
  • Strong data driven background
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through data, KPI and dashboards
  • Excellent communication skills including written and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and BPI
  • Willingness to travel as needed

 

Preferred Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related
  • Experience with building and maintaining CRM and BPI dashboards to drive commercial excellence
