About the Role: 

As the People Team People Ops Coordinator, you’ll play a huge role in ensuring that all our candidates have a smooth interview and onboarding process! We believe in creating a white-glove experience for our candidates and new hires and are looking for someone that appreciates the importance of being timely, communicative, and human-first about the hiring and onboarding experience. This position is an integral part of our growing team and an exciting opportunity to be involved in both Talent and People Operations! 

As our People Operations Coordinator you will: 

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team in the high volume scheduling of late-stage interviews 
  • Act as the liaison for new hires through the onboarding process - this means you will be helping to generate offer letters, answer general questions about benefits, and provide thoughtful support and guidance for incoming Noodlers
  • Manage pre-employment background screenings  
  • Assist with data entry of newly hired employee information and process Employee Records into the Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
  • Assist with the scheduling and facilitation of new hire orientation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Process Employee changes in our payroll & HRIS system and main Employee data
  • Respond to employees requesting basic information via the ticket system - this may include researching policies, procedures, employee benefits offerings, or employee services
  • Support various People Ops or Talent team projects and initiatives as requested 

You have:

  • 1-2+ years of experience working on a People Ops/HR team
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task is necessary
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and cultivating relationships across teams
  • Experience working with an HRIS 
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (we use Jobvite) and Google suite
