Vertical Strategist (Consultant) - Healthcare

About the Role: 

As we continue to expand our relationships in healthcare, we recognize there is an opportunity to provide greater consultation and guidance around the clinical placement component of launching and operating online masters and doctorates at the highest level. 

We are looking for an expert who can support our sales team when having detailed discussions with potential university partners helping those potential partners understand ways we can deliver on high-quality clinical educational experiences in an online or hybrid context.  

Reporting to our SVP Partnership Development, Vertical Strategists sit at the intersection between University Partnerships and Operations. Part expert, part consultant - no two days will be the same. At its core, you are responsible for helping our University Partnerships team develop tailored solutions for new university partners. 

As our Vertical Strategist - Healthcare Education you will: 

  • Be the subject matter expert on all deals being worked on by the University Partnerships team, helping them craft the optimal discovery questions for our potential partners
  • Co-develop with colleagues on the University of Partnerships team presentations and other materials to communicate to potential partners the unique benefits of working with Noodle
  • Drive cutting edge thought leadership in your respective area(s), helping position Noodle as a driving force in innovative approaches to adult education
  • Become over time a public-facing evangelist for Noodle within the conversation of the future of healthcare education 

You have:

  • 10+ years experience with 5+ years working on or in a clinical education setting
  • High levels of organization, attention to detail, and analytical skills
  • Enjoy storytelling that interweaves both qualitative and quantitative data
  • Desire to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgment and pedagogical metrics
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
