Who We’re Seeking
Noble’s Communications team is full of storytellers. We share Noble stories with relentless passion, leading families to entrust us with their children and rally the best educators in the world to join our cause. We are looking for a Content Marketing Associate who will use an integrated approach to content development, storytelling, planning, and measurement. The Content Marketing Associate, reporting to the Communications Manager, will be a key member of the Communications team and will play a key role in shaping the direction of Noble’s social media and marketing strategy. This person must operate well in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, uphold the highest standard of professionalism, be impressively organized, and be able to prioritize time across multiple immediate and long-term projects. 

This is an immediate, full-time position with an expected start date of November 2021. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Noble’s digital presence, including social media and digital marketing initiatives
  • Responsible for all content planning, development and execution in partnership with our Communications Manager 
  • Oversee creative development and execution of always-on social content
  • Create and oversee daily community management  for Noble’s social media accounts, monitoring for mentions and engaging our audiences across all platforms
  • Attend events for live social media promotion and content creation
  • Track social media analytics to uncover trends and translate the data into actionable recommendations for growth and provide regular reports across key indicators 
  • Organize and analyze the success of social media campaigns to proactively identify areas of opportunity and take actions that align with the brand's vision and strategies
  • Ensure digital content adheres to best practices, is aligned with organizational objectives, and troubleshoot any problems
  • Work collaboratively with the team to translate the Communications strategic vision into tactical solutions and results
  • Assist with the development, editing, and proofreading of all digital and printed assets including branding, images, and copy. Assets include the website, blog, social media, and other promotional materials
  • Manage paid media ad budget for social media advertising
  • Manage a team of Noble Brand Ambassadors
  • Lead internal and external stakeholders through complex processes—from brief and concepting to feedback, approvals, and execution

Ideal Candidate Experience and Traits

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required 
  • Prior experience in a K-12 setting and/or a minimum of two years of managing social media and digital marketing is strongly preferred 
  • Be a creative thinker who can come up with original social ideas and strategies
  • Well-versed in social media analytics
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
  • Proficient in Spanish, preferred not required
  • Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and think strategically
  • Proficiency in Hootsuite (or other Social Media Management software) and Canva (or other graphic design software)
  • Track record of effectively using social media to amplify content 
  • Proven track record of ambitious results in previous roles
  • Highly motivated, energetic, resourceful, and proactive
  • Superior attention to detail to meet brand guidelines, marketing standards, and organizational voice
  • A positive attitude and sense of possibility
  • Deep self-awareness, a regular practice of reflection, and a desire to continuously improve

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.  The salary range for this position will be $50,000-$56,000.
