Key Job Responsibilities

  • Uphold a culture of high expectations and support 
  • Attend all practices and games after school while in-season and additional off-season requirements as needed
  • Complete additional duties as delegated by the Head Varsity coach
  • Head JV coach position is available for the right candidate

Ideal Qualifications

  • An unwavering belief that all students can succeed in high school, college, and lead exemplary lives
  • Proven track record of ambitious results in previous roles 
  • Self-awareness, a regular practice of reflection, and a desire to continuously improve
  • Follow through, attention to detail, and a belief that “sweating the small stuff” matters 
  • Eligibility to work in the United States on a full-time basis 
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Assistant Coaches are eligible for coaching stipends, which will be paid out at the end of the season. It is preferred though not required that interested applicants apply for full time positions at a Noble school as well.
