Key Job Responsibilities

  • Data Management
    • Create and maintain a school-wide 9th-12th Grade promotion tracker; share school-wide promotion tracker with pre-identified trends and areas of focus at a bi-weekly cadence
    • Create student and staff master schedules; coordinate with Dean of Operations and Grade-Level Deans 
    • Ensure up-to-date accurate transcripts
  • Student Support
    • Lead MTSS school-wide interventions and strategies; communicate with and support teachers and advisors in planning tier one interventions 
    • Develop grade-level specific interventions that support scholars who are academically off-track or whose attendance is off-track 
    • Supports AP of Student Supports with all school events (culture, pride)
  • Project Management
    • Create strategy for community service and enrichment offerings, manage student process, and execute data recording procedures 
    • Organize and execute Report Card Pickup, Night School, and Summer School 
  • Execute Noble’s student code of conduct with fidelity in order to create a positive, structured learning environment where students are held to high expectations and empowered to grow academically 

Ideal Qualifications

  • An unwavering belief that all students can succeed in high school & college, and lead exemplary lives
  • Proven track record of ambitious results in previous roles 
  • Self-awareness, a regular practice of reflection, and a desire to continuously improve
  • Follow through, attention to detail, and a belief that “sweating the small stuff” matters 
  • Experience creating and managing data tracking systems 
  • Project management experience 
  • Master scheduler experience 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required 
  • Eligibility to work in the United States on a full-time basis 
  • Active Illinois Teaching License preferred, not required
