The Role 

As a Product Manager, you will drive the design and support the implementation of features and enablers across map products and related online services. You will create and evaluate requirements and design specifications and manage the whole lifecycle of product functions and services from initiation through post-deployment. To succeed, you will need to manage stakeholders of various types and levels to deliver the shared vision of iGO Navigation. 

Responsibilities 

  • Understand the customer needs, own the problem and solution spaces 
  • Initiate internal developments to maximize business value 
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to efficiently transform business needs into requirements  
  • Create solution roadmaps and release plans, while monitoring the opportunity horizon 
  • Prioritize between running customer program needs, new features, enablers, and operational improvements 
  • Conduct meetings on product requirements, facilitate user story mappings 
  • Define KPIs to get actionable insights on value creation, delivery health, and ROI 
  • Perform triage on business-critical topics, communicate and escalate them proactively 

Requirements 

  • 3+ years experience delivering customer-facing products 
  • Subject matter expertise
  • Understanding of industry best practices in Product Engineering organizational structure
  • Desire to drive change
  • Infatuated with solving customer and market-specific challenges 
  • Ability to make decisions based on market intelligence and KPIs 
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functional areas (especially with sales and engineering) 
  • Good understanding of agile software development methods and techniques (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) 
  • Experience demonstrating to customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams 
  • Strong written and verbal English
