Program Analyst (AIMSS)
Clearance: Secret
Duty Location: Huntsville, AL
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
• Provides administrative support for all phases of the program life cycle (transition through contract closeout)
• Maintains program data including, but not limited to schedule, staffing, travel, and risk metrics; responds to routine/non-routine requests for program data
• Coordinates with personnel across the contract to ensure data, documentation, and other administrative goals are met
• Monitors contract/subcontract deliverable (CDRL) requirements and facilitates regular reviews, updates, and on-time customer delivery
• Regularly evaluates program processes for efficiency and quality, making recommendations for improvement
• Assists in the development of documents and templates, including but not limited to repeatable processes, CDRL’s, standard procedures, etc.
• Supports personnel on-boarding requirements, such as government form completion and transmittal and space/equipment requests and coordination
• Manages travel approval and expensing process, coordinating with travelers, approvers, and corporate financial office as needed
• Manages risk lifecycle process and data
• Attends and participates in proposal and contract kick-off meetings with management to ensure awareness of program changes and maintain accurate program data
REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:
• B.A. or B.S. degree required
• 3+ years DoD contract program support experience required
• Must possess effective communications (oral/written) and listening skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues or make appropriate recommendations along with strong organization and time management skills
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office toolset
• Proven ability to work independently or under general direction
• Experience with streamlining and automating processes preferred
