Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (Secret)

Job Description:  
We are seeking a full-time, independent, self-starting candidate, who can navigate quickly and efficiently through fast-paced environments. This role requires a dynamic individual who can deliver effective training in both remote and in-person settings, collaborate with team members, and work on customer sites as needed. The ideal candidate will have expertise in training in a multitude of common enterprise applications, as well as advanced technologies, including generative AI tools, digital engineering technologies, and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) software.
 
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will support varying customers by:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for common enterprise applications and technology, including generative AI tools, digital engineering technologies, and MBSE software
  • Conduct training sessions in remote and in-person settings, ensuring content is tailored to meet the needs of diverse audiences
  • Collaborate with team members to design and refine training materials, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer requirements
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to trainees, fostering a deep understanding of the tools and technologies
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve training content and delivery methods
  • Work closely with customers to understand their specific needs and provide customized training solutions
  • Create high-quality Computer Based Training (CBT) materials, including video production, audio recording, editing, and graphic design, using tools such as Adobe Suite and Captivate
 
Ideal Qualifications:
The ideal candidate’s qualifications include:
  • Proven experience working with enterprise applications within a multi-faceted organization
  • Experience training on, and/or using Generative AI tools, digital engineering technologies and MBSE software
  • High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively learn and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully with team members and project stakeholders
  • Experience delivering training in both remote and in-person settings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite, Adobe Captivate and Outlook
  • Experience in Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams
 
Requirements:
Candidate minimum qualifications include:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to successfully collaborate with team members
  • Must be able to actively work, train, and collaborate with team members in a remote and in-person settings
  • Must be willing to work on customer site (Redstone Arsenal/Colorado Springs) as needed
  • Must be comfortable briefing/training at the executive level
