Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and support a contract’s technology initiatives. Someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty. Someone who has legacy as well as current technical skills and understands the path necessary for technological advancement. The ideal candidate has at least ten years of professional IT experience and a proven track record in system management, automation, and digital transformation. This role combines technical excellence, leadership, and collaboration, requiring both independent problem-solving and effective teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations and ensure reliable system performance.
- Manage and optimize enterprise solutions including SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel VBA tools for data automation and process improvement.
- Collaborate across departments to assess business needs and implement technology solutions.
- Lead IT projects from planning through deployment with hands-on technical involvement.
- Ensure data security, system integrity, and compliance with corporate policies.
- Provide mentoring and support to team members and end users.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive IT experience, including system and platform management.
- Proficiency in SharePoint administration, Power Apps development, Power BI reporting
- Expertise in advanced Microsoft Excel functions and VBA scripting.
- Strong project management and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Ability to balance independent work with team collaboration.
- Willingness to work on-site at least three days per week.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or SharePoint Administration.
- Experience with Power Automate and data governance.
- Background in business process design or analytics.
