Lead Inventory Control Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Ability to use inventory computer programs to update counts and compile reports, such as spreadsheets
- Mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ordering inventory from suppliers, main warehouse and securing shipment arrival times
- Managing inventory by stocking and cataloging products
- Performing quality checks on stored inventory and discarding inventory that does not meet the company’s standards
- Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with management and other stakeholders
- Reporting discrepancies in inventory from last count
- Implementing loss prevention
- Daily, weekly and monthly inventories
- Ability to use inventory computer programs to update counts and compile reports, such as spreadsheets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Researching the accuracy of product details and testing new products
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be able to lift 50LB
- Work with management to identify areas of improvement in Storage and ordering practices
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and people
- Required to stand on your feet for extended periods of time with walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, stooping, crouching, bending, reaching above the shoulders, twisting, crawling, and kneeling as needed.
- Physical environment includes noise, heat, cold, and lint dust.
Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years of inventory management experience
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Ability to obtain security clearance
