SUMMARY

MinebeaMitsumi is a global manufacturing leader of precision electromechanical solutions with a wide range of products including Ball Bearings, Mechanical Assemblies, Fans, Small Motors (Hybrid Step, PM Step,  Brush DC, Brushless DC), Switches, Connectors, Sensors (Strain Gauge, Semiconductor), IC(Monolithic, Battery Protection)and Power Supplies.  NMB Technologies is a MinebeaMitsumi Company responsible for the sales and marketing for these products in North America.  

You will be responsible for understanding customer’s needs and working internally with Product Managers, Product Support Representatives and Application engineers to propose solutions that meet customer’s needs and help customers and NMB achieve their desired business outcomes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Increase sales at existing accounts for all MinebeaMitsumi Products
  • Qualify new accounts from a target account list
  • Manage existing business relationships
    • Forecast monthly and yearly
    • Establish yearly quota
    • Manage all Pricing and Supply Agreements
  • Identify and qualify opportunities from lead generation activities, product inquires and outbound calling into target account list
  • Deliver MinebeaMitsumi Value Proposition to customers and prospects
  • Generate new business to meet or exceed established quota
  • Produce Sales to meet or exceed established quota
  • Complete all sales related reporting such as sales call logs, opportunity updates, and expense reports
  • Attend customer meetings as required
  • Participate in sales meetings, visit trade shows, and internal product training in order to maintain up to date knowledge of current technology


QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

  1. Bachelors Degree required
  2. Minimum 3 years sales experience with electromechanical components preferred
  3. Medical Industry Knowledge preferred
  4. Experience Selling Multiple Products preferred
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills
  6. Computer skills required:  Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, and   Power Point; Salesforce, and virtual meeting software
