JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Account Management:
    • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts in the commercial lighting and Smart City markets.
      • Including Bluetooth Control lighting
      • Wireless Control lighting
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
    • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  2. Sales Growth:
    • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue potential new clients.
    • Develop and present proposals and solutions tailored to customer needs.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  3. Product Expertise:
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MinebeaMitsumi  Commercial Lighting and Smart City products, including indoor and outdoor smart lighting solutions, and their applications in various commercial environments.
    • Stay informed about Smart City technologies, including IoT, urban planning software, and infrastructure management systems, and their impact on urban development.
    • Provide technical and product support to clients, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of our offerings.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  4. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve product offerings.
    • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and network with potential clients.
  5. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales activities, and market trends.
    • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  6. Perform other duties as related to the job function as required.
JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. A master’s degree is a plus.
  3. Strong understanding of Commercial Lighting products, technology,  and their applications, including lighting profiles, wireless control, and Smart lighting solutions. 
  4. Knowledge of the commercial lighting industry is essential.
  5. In-depth knowledge of Smart City technologies, such as IoT, urban planning software, and infrastructure management systems.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  7. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  8. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends.
  9. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  10. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS:
No Supervisory qualifications are required for this position.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
A normal amount of sitting and standing, average mobility to move around an office, and ability to conduct a normal amount of work on a computer. Some physical movement of lighting crates, up to 35 pounds, may be necessary.
SALARY 
At NMB, the pay band for this role is between $93,184.00 and $139,776.00 annually, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The base pay is a part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range of the pay band process.
