About the Role:  
  
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking recruiter to assist with our recruiting activities. As a recruiter, you will work alongside the Senior Recruiter and hiring manager and will assist with all recruiting-related duties. Initially, you will be responsible for posting job requisitions online, reviewing resumes, screening potential candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, setting up interviews, and drafting offer letters. This role provides opportunities for career growth and development in areas within and outside of recruiting. This position is onsite in Camas, Washington. Occasional travel to recruitment events and colleges is required.  
Responsibilities:  
  • Assists and manages full cycle recruitment efforts for openings in engineering and professional support areas. 
  • Partners with managers to identify and hire top talent.
  • Assists with college recruiting and intern programs, including coordinating with managers and others to ensure a positive experience for all.
  • Utilizes recruitment systems (Jobvite ATS, LinkedIn, etc.), processes and relationships and outreach efforts.
  • Partners as required with external staffing agencies for temporary and contingent placements.
  • Manages candidate experience, providing a high level of service.
  • Coordinates with other members of the HR team on various activities, projects and process improvements.
  • Tracks and reports on HR data in support of management and compliance needs.
  • Maintains OFCCP and EEOC compliance.
Required Skills/Experience:  
  • 1 - 2 years’ experience recruiting in fast paced high tech environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field. Current HR certification is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing key technical talent.
  • Ability to cover a wide range of recruiting responsibilities and activities, from sourcing to administration.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
  • Strong systems ability.  Experience with Application Tracking Systems, HRIS, and HR metrics; Experience with Jobvite ATS and Paylocity HRIS strongly preferred.  Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Superior written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in working with executive leadership, staff, and internal/external customers.
  • Travel is required for recruiting events and college campus recruiting.

Salary based on qualifications:       
  • Recruiter: $24 - $29 per hour
Other Compensation and Benefits       
  • Target Cash Bonus with potential payout of up to 2% of your wages  
  • 80 hours of paid Vacation per year, plus paid Sick Leave and 10 paid Holidays
  • Vacation increases 8 hours annually, up to a maximum of 120 hours per year
