Housekeeping - Interior RV
Description
NIRVC Wash & Detail Technicians are responsible for washing, waxing, and detailing RVs to a high standard.
All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing including a background check, MVR, and drug screen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean RV interiors to a high standard, using appropriate cleaning and detailing products and techniques.
- Clean and detail RV interiors, including carpets, upholstery, and cabinetry.
- Inspect RVs for any damage or needed repairs and report any issues to the Wash & Detail Manager.
- Maintain equipment and ensure that it is in good working order.
- Follow safety procedures and use equipment properly.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
- Assist in managing inventory levels of cleaning and detailing supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in washing and detailing luxury vehicles, RV’s or a related field.
- Knowledge of cleaning and detailing products and techniques.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Good time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate equipment, such as pressure washers and buffers.
- Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record
Working Conditions:
- Work is primarily conducted on-site at the service shop
- May require extended periods of standing, walking, and bending
- May require lifting or moving heavy equipment or objects
- May require working in tight spaces or at heights
- May require exposure to natural elements such as inclement weather, extreme temperatures
- May require exposure to loud noises, fumes, or chemicals
- May require working weekends or holidays
