The Operator plays a vital role as the first point of contact for our guests, partners, and employees across all locations. This position is responsible for managing incoming calls, directing them efficiently, and ensuring every caller receives friendly, professional, and accurate assistance. The Operator helps maintain smooth communication flow across departments and time zones, contributing directly to our exceptional guest experience. 
As an Operator you will:
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to the appropriate departments or employees across multiple dealership locations.
  • Provide accurate information about company services, store hours, and general inquiries.
  • Manage voicemail systems and ensure timely message delivery.
  • Support internal communication by emailing or relaying messages promptly.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with every interaction.
  • Update and manage the company phone directory and contact lists.
  • Monitor call volumes and report communication system issues to IT or management.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, message tracking, and guest follow-up calls when needed.
  • Uphold company values by delivering exceptional service with integrity, courtesy, and respect.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years in a customer service, receptionist, or PBX/phone operator role.
  • Experience in automotive or RV industries a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and manage calls across multiple time zones.
  • Proficiency with multi-line phone systems, call routing software, and office communication tools.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Flexibility to cover calls during business hours across multiple U.S. time zones.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
Working Conditions:
  • 100% remote position (Must live in the DFW Metroplex)
  • May work long hours or irregular schedules to provide phone coverage.
  • The job requires sitting for extended periods of time, working on a computer or laptop.
  • May need to work on weekends or holidays, depending on the schedule assigned and if there are coverage needs.
