National Indoor RV Centers is looking for an innovative Social Media Specialist. We are a premier full-service RV company that values lasting relationships with our employees, customers, and the community.
We are looking for an ambitious Social Media Specialist with strong digital skills to be responsible for marketing to our dynamic membership group and customer base. You will focus on creating, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital and social marketing efforts across various marketing channels.
As a Social Media Specialist, you will:

  • Develop a monthly social calendar for organic and paid efforts that align to business goals
  • Create engaging posts & fun captions to reflect NIRVCs brand positioning and voice
  • Respond to comments, inbox messages & community engagement
  • Outreach to potential influencers or reposting user-generated content
  • Strategize for growth on key channels & develop plan to achieve goals
  • Share overall sentiment & guest feedback to the team to resolve
  • Share learnings & provide guidance on adapting future posts based on results
  • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of social campaigns
  • Assist the Director of Marketing with special projects as needed
  • This can be an in-office position or a hybrid work arrangement.  The office location for the role is located in Lewisville, Texas.  The position requires residence within the Dallas Metroplex.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in paid & organic social and show previous experience organizing campaign activations across all channels
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of professional marketing experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress, Canva, MailChimp and Salesforce
  • A deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Knowledge and passion for popular culture and latest social media trends, news, platforms and updates
  • A knack for creative writing
  • Experience optimizing content with the overall marketing and content calendar in mind, ensuring all content ladders up to the marketing objectives & KPIs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and open-minded attitude with ability to resolve problems and deliver results
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Must be highly self-motivated, proactive, and have a working knowledge of current marketing tools and strategies
  • Must be able to adapt to change with a growing company
  • Must have the ability to work well with others and mine for good content
  • Must have a passion for exceeding customer expectations
  • Drug free - must pass a drug test
  • Legally able to work in the USA – we are an E-Verify employer
Working Conditions:
  • May require extended periods of computer exposure.
  • Usually will work a standard 40-hour week.
  • Occasional travel may be required for marketing related activities at the various dealerships.
  • May work nights, weekends, and holidays if the organization operates extended hours.
