Salesforce Software Engineer

We are seeking a Software Engineer to work out of our corporate office in Lewisville, Texas (100% in-office role). This position is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications. They work with a team of other engineers, and IT support staff to create software that meets the needs of the business.
As a Software Engineer, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain our internal software applications, using C#.
- Function as the Salesforce Administrator for the company.
- Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define software requirements.
- Test and debug software to ensure it meets functional and performance requirements.
- Deploy and maintain software applications in production environments.
- Document software design and development processes.
- Continuously update knowledge of new programming languages, tools, and technologies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience working in professional software development role (not an internship).
- Must be certified with a Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.
- 2+ years working as an IT Salesforce Administrator.
- Graduate from an accredited university with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Legally authorized to work in the USA. Sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position.
- Familiarity with the design and development of software applications using C#.
- Experience with web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, is a plus.
- Familiarity with software development tools such as Visuaḷ Studio and git.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Environmental Impacts & General Physical Requirements:
- In-office location at our Lewisville, TX corporate office.
- May work long hours or irregular schedules to meet project deadlines.
- The job requires sitting for extended periods of time, working on a computer or laptop.
- May need to work on weekends or holidays if there are critical software issues that require immediate attention.
