Salesforce Software Engineer
At National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC), we're not just a company – we're a community of passionate individuals dedicated to redefining the RV experience.  As a leading force in industry, NIRVC stands at the forefront of RV sales and service excellence.  We are seeking a Software Engineer to work out of our corporate office in Lewisville, Texas (100% in-office role).  This position is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications. They work with a team of other engineers, and IT support staff to create software that meets the needs of the business. 
 
As a Software Engineer, you will:

 
  • Design, develop, and maintain our internal software applications, using C#.
  • Function as the Salesforce Administrator for the company.
  • Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define software requirements.
  • Test and debug software to ensure it meets functional and performance requirements.
  • Deploy and maintain software applications in production environments.
  • Document software design and development processes.
  • Continuously update knowledge of new programming languages, tools, and technologies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


 
Qualifications:

 
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 
  • 2+ years of experience working in professional software development role (not an internship). 
  • Must be certified with a Salesforce Certified Administrator credential. 
  • 2+ years working as an IT Salesforce Administrator. 
  • Graduate from an accredited university with a minimum GPA of 3.0. 
  • Legally authorized to work in the USA. Sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position. 
  • Familiarity with the design and development of software applications using C#.
  • Experience with web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with software development tools such as Visua Studio and git.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age. 
 
 
 
Environmental Impacts & General Physical Requirements:
  • In-office location at our Lewisville, TX corporate office.
  • May work long hours or irregular schedules to meet project deadlines.
  • The job requires sitting for extended periods of time, working on a computer or laptop.
  • May need to work on weekends or holidays if there are critical software issues that require immediate attention.
