About the Role
As the Technical Marketing Manager, you will own the creation of technical content and thought leadership that educates, engages, and converts the IT professionals and MSPs who rely on NinjaOne every day. You’ll bridge the gap between our product capabilities and the practitioners who use them, translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with both hands-on IT admins and technical decision-makers.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure our content, demos, and enablement materials reflect the depth and differentiation of the NinjaOne platform. This role blends technical credibility with storytelling, requiring a deep understanding of endpoint management and IT operations alongside the ability to create content that drives awareness, adoption, and pipeline. You’ll report to the Director of Product Marketing and serve as the primary owner of technical content that powers campaigns, webinars, sales enablement, and competitive positioning.
 
Location: We are flexible on hybrid/remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states – CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, *IL, KS, MA, ME, NC, NJ, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, or WA. 
 
What You’ll Be Doing
Technical Content Creation
  • Research, write, and publish technical blog posts, how-to guides, and step-by-step product walkthroughs that speak directly to IT practitioners and MSPs
  • Develop product-focused content : use cases, architecture diagrams, technical proof points, and launch assets : that resonates with both technical buyers and decision-makers
  • Translate complex user workflows, product capabilities, and infrastructure constraints into clear, outcome-driven stories
  • Maintain a consistent editorial calendar and deliver content on time across multiple concurrent projects
  • Build and validate demos, documentation, and workflow guides that reflect real-world IT and MSP environments
Webinars & Public Speaking
  • Plan, prepare, and present live and on-demand webinars, including product demos, thought leadership sessions, and customer-facing educational events
  • Represent NinjaOne at virtual and, as needed, in-person industry conferences and partner events
  • Facilitate engaging Q&A sessions that demonstrate product depth and build audience trust
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with the broader Marketing team to align technical content with campaign priorities, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all channels
  • Partner with the Competitive Intelligence team to develop technical positioning collateral : including deep-dive win/loss narratives grounded in product architecture and capability comparisons
  • Support Sales Enablement by creating demo flows, objection-handling guides, architecture explanations, and POV materials that help AEs and SEs speak credibly to technical buyers
  • Develop technical case studies in partnership with the Customer Advocacy team that highlight measurable outcomes
  • Other duties as needed
About You
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales/solutions engineering or technical marketing, preferably in endpoint management or an adjacent IT infrastructure space
  • You have a track record of writing clearly and compellingly for technical audiences : a writing sample will be requested
  • Presenting on camera and to live audiences comes naturally to you, and you bring energy and credibility to every session
  • You have a solid working knowledge of IT infrastructure concepts including endpoint management, RMM, patch management, and related disciplines
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment is something you handle with ease
  • Hands-on experience with NinjaOne or familiarity with its core modules : RMM, ticketing, backup, and documentation : is a strong plus
  • A background working at or marketing to MSPs or IT service providers gives you an edge in this role
  • Experience hosting or co-hosting webinars is preferred

*Due to operational policies, NinjaOne is unable to hire for this role within the city limits of Chicago. We will consider all qualified candidates who reside outside of the city proper or are willing to self-relocate. 
 
Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For roles based in California, Colorado, Maryland, New Jersey or Washington the base salary hiring range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 per year. 
  
For roles based in New York, the base salary hiring range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 per year.
