About the Role
As an Enterprise Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting NinjaOne's channel growth by engaging resellers, distributors, and partners across your assigned geography. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their skills, build meaningful relationships, and make a direct impact on revenue.
You'll work closely with Channel Account Managers, and internal AEs to identify and qualify opportunities, generate partner-sourced leads, and help grow NinjaOne's presence in the market. Location – Sydney, Australia – Hybrid (in office on Monday, Wednesday and Friday with additional days as required)
What you will do
- Partner with Enterprise AEs to develop territory GTM strategies, account mapping, and high-intent prospect targeting across named accounts
- Execute multi-channel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, events) to enterprise personas including CIOs, IT Directors, and IT leaders to generate qualified pipeline.
- Qualify and track inbound and outbound leads, maintaining a healthy pipeline through cold calls, social outreach, and virtual meetings.
- Support Channel, Distribution, and Reseller-led opportunities by nurturing partner relationships and communicating NinjaOne's channel value proposition.
- Drive deal registrations and partner-sourced revenue, connecting resellers with internal AEs for joint product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with Marketing to leverage campaigns and case studies, feeding field insights back to improve messaging and conversion rates.
- Maintain Salesforce and Salesloft hygiene, nurture dormant accounts, and ensure consistent follow-up across longer sales cycles.
- Stay current on IT trends and competitor solutions, applying consultative skills to handle objections and consistently meet pipeline and activity targets.
About You
- 1–2 years of experience in a quota-carrying B2B sales or SDR/BDR role, ideally within SaaS or technology.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect and qualify leads through outbound outreach including cold calling and email campaigns
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time, prioritise tasks, and balance multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM; familiarity with sales engagement platforms like SalesLoft is a plus.
- A team-first mindset with high integrity, a positive attitude, and a genuine motivation to learn and grow.
- Competitive self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven environment and takes ownership of their results.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate software solutions to SMB and mid-market audiences.
