About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Programs Coordinator, Email for the Americas region at NinjaOne. This marketing professional is responsible for the end-to-end email strategy, execution, and optimization. This includes building and deploying campaigns working in collaboration with marketing operations and continuously optimizing performance to maximize pipeline contribution, conversion, and revenue impact. This role sits at the intersection of demand generation, lifecycle marketing, marketing operations and regional execution, ensuring email is fully integrated into all go-to-market motions.
Location - Hybrid in Austin, TX. In the office 2 days per week (Tues, & Thurs)
What You’ll be Doing
- Email strategy & pipeline ownership:
- Develop & own the Americas email marketing strategy aligned to pipeline targets
- Collaborate with regional marketing, corporate events and other teams to ensure email is embedded strategically in all campaigns and programs
- Establish email as a high performing pipeline conversion channel
- Coordinate segmentation strategies that align to NinjaOne’s ICP and sales motions
- Email Calendar Management & Email Execution:
- Own and manage the Americas email calendar and editorial submission process to ensure strategic alignment across the various teams ranging from regional marketing, corporate events, product launches, announcements, and other updates
- Build & deploy emails ensuring strong messaging & CTAs aligned to campaign goals, personalization and dynamic content as well as consistent branding and voice
- Prevent over-saturation and ensure thoughtful audience orchestration across teams
- Partner closely with: Marketing Operations on segmentation, QA, delivery, Automation & testing. Regional marketing on localization, audience targeting, and program alignment. Corporate Events on pre & post event emails strategy, event invites, nurture and follow up
- Reporting, Attribution & Insights:
- Own reporting on email’s contribution to pipeline creation
- Work closely with Marketing Operation & Data Teams on dashboards to track conversion rates, engagement metrics (open, CTR etc.,) as well as campaign performance data
- Provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders on what is working, what’s underperforming and opportunities to scale impact within Americas and where appropriate, globally
- Other duties as needed
About You
- Education & Experience: 2+ years of marketing experience, demand or lead generation. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent recent events experience.
- Attention to Detail & Organization: You’re the go-to person for those crucial details that make a significant impact. You are celebrated for your precision in keeping projects on track, maintaining organization, and nailing communication. You excel at managing multiple campaigns and projects with various teams in a lightning-fast environment.
- Understanding of B2B lifecycle marketing and demand generation.
- Data-driven with a strong optimization mindset.
- Collaborative Spirit: You thrive working alongside fast-moving sales teams and collaborating with cross-functional departments such as marketing, design, and product.
- Communication Skills: You are an efficient and effective communicator, with a strong written and verbal voice for both internal and external audiences. You’re able to clearly articulate ideas and manage relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
- Tech-Savvy: You are well-versed in using essential tools like Pardot, Zoom, Asana, and Salesforce. Experience in B2B SaaS marketing is preferred.
