About the Role 
  
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Programs Coordinator, MSP to join our rapidly growing Americas marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Programs, you’ll help drive demand generation in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) market across North America by coordinating and executing integrated marketing programs including webinars, content and webinar syndication, email marketing, direct mail, and other digital campaigns. In this role, you’ll manage program logistics, support campaign execution and follow up, and work closely with sales and cross-functional marketing teams to ensure the successful delivery of programs that generate engagement and pipeline growth within the MSP ecosystem. This is an ideal role for someone who is highly eager to grow into a strategic program leader!   
  
Location - Hybrid in Austin, TXIn the office days per week (Tues, & Thurs) 
  
What You’ll be Doing 
  • Execute MSP Programs: Coordinate and launch integrated campaigns across webinars, direct mail, content syndication, email marketing, and direct mail to generate leads and support pipeline growth in the MSP market. This role will collaborate across the marketing team to also help inform some of our digital investments, content and channel co-marketing motions that impact MSPs
  • Coordinate Program Execution & Coordination Across Channels: Partner with webinar and email marketeers to execute MSP-focused programs while supporting additional lead-generating digital campaigns, ensuring timelines, vendors, and campaign components are aligned and delivered successfully. Research & support sponsored programs like paid webinars, editorial features, research reports etc., Help identify opportunities to amplify reach through MSP focused channel partners
  • Track performance and collaborate cross-functionally: Monitor campaign results, support reporting on key metrics including leads generated, conversion rates and pipeline generated. Collaborate with marketing operations & data teams to ensure proper attribution, tracking and clean reporting and data accuracy. Provide insights and recommendations to leadership and cross-functionally for optimization
  • Keep It Organized: Maintain campaign calendars and timelines, keep detailed project plans updated in Asana, organize marketing assets and collateral, track deliverables across teams, and proactively resolve logistics to ensure smooth program execution.  Manage budget with precision
  • Other Duties as Needed   
About You 
  • Education & Experience: 2+ years of marketing experience, demand or lead gen. A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent recent events experience
  • Attention to Detail & Organization: You’re the go-to person for those crucial details that make a significant impact. You are celebrated for your precision in keeping projects on track, maintaining organization, and nailing communication. You excel at managing multiple campaigns and projects with various teams in a lightning-fast environment
  • Think in programs, not stand-alone tactics – connect how channels work together versus isolated execution
  • Understand the MSP buyer journey and ecosystem dynamics
  • Collaborative Spirit: You thrive working alongside fast-moving sales teams and collaborating with cross-functional departments such as marketing, design, and product   
  • Communication Skills: You are an efficient and effective communicator, with a strong written and verbal voice for both internal and external audiences. You’re able to clearly articulate ideas and manage relationships with internal teams and external vendors
  • Tech-Savvy: You are well-versed in using essential tools like Asana, and Salesforce. Experience in B2B SaaS marketing is preferred
