We are looking for a Performance Expert to join our R&D Group.

In this role you'll be responsible for leading the performance aspect, Mentoring the development teams in regard to performance by driving it early in the design & development phases of features. analyzing and communicating risks, ensure our products are scalable, resilient and performant.


  • Lead all Performance activities in the company
  • Be a technical lead, including responsibility for mentoring teams, designing strategy and methodology.
  • Work closely and mentor R&D teams for all performance related topics
  • Work with operation teams, understanding defects and anomalies in production.
  • Keep current with advances in performance tools and methodologies
  • Communicate clear status and risk reports


  • Passion for optimizing system performance; background in software performance and scale engineering
  • Experience analyzing performance issues in client side
  • Excellent technical skills including system view, design,
  • Experience with system monitoring and load tools
  • Experience with cloud-native systems, containers, Kubernetes, or Red Hat OpenShift
  • Experience with DevOps methodology and CI/CD tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high motivation
  • Motivated with excellent judgment and decision-making skills


  • Experience in leading projects
  • Experience working with offshore teams
