Director National Partner, CRM Alliances 

Location: Remote

The NICE inContact Director National Partner, CRM Alliances grows the indirect sales channel in support of the NICE inContact revenue goals through an assigned strategic partners (Microsoft, SFDC, Zendesk, ServiceNow). The Director National Partner will oversee the NICE inContact pursuit of and strategy for growth actively incents, trains, enables their partners, and are measured by quarterly opportunity generation and closed deal flow and those NPM/IPM who work with in the CRM space. This is a field-based, partner-facing position which will require a minimum of 25% travel per month.

As a Director National Partner, CRM Alliances, a Typical Day Might Include the Following: 

  • Manage ongoing relationships with assigned partners to ensure opportunity and deal flow required to meet revenue targets in assigned territory(ies).
  • Work closely with & lead National Partner Managers, Regional Partner Managers & Inside Partner Managers to ensure partner sales coverage
  • Work with product team to insure interactions to parting CRM’s or accomplished and updated
  • Keep partners up-to-date and informed on NICE inContact product changes and strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with NPM’s, RPM’s & IPM’s
  • Ability to offer training to Sales Partners on products and sales tools.
  • Maintain executive relationships with partner
  • Work closely with Legal and Finance departments on contracts & special proving and incentives with CRM partners

To Land This Gig You'll Need:

  • ​Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent work experience required.
  • 8-10+ years sales experience
  • Previous experience working for or with CRM’s in a alliance role & GTM role
  • Previous experience in telecom, call center, software or hardware industries
  • Proven track record of defining and meeting revenue goals.
  • Experience in relationship management.
  • Experience in working independently with little or no direct supervision on site.
  • Ability to maintain sales call records and tickler system.

Bonus Experience:

  • ​Prior experience in Channel Sales strongly preferred.
