NICE is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Head of Business Applications within the IT department, who will lead business processes in the area of Sales and Marketing.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Being IT business trusted advisor in the area of Sales and Marketing
  • Enable and support the company strategy and business needs
  • Managing business requirements lifecycle by design, development, testing and rollout of new capabilities and enhancements
  • Lead IT business applications projects in a global environment
  • Working and collaborating with external vendors
  • Support in sales & marketing with on-going changes in their business processes
  • Interact with the business owners and end users to understand the business needs and processes
  • Enable system processes to support business strategies and objectives
  • Manage a team of analysts and project managers

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Computer Science or other related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT application manager (global companies – an advantage)
  • Proven experience in managing a team of analysts and project managers
  • Familiarity with Sales and marketing Business Processes
  • Experience and understanding with Salesforce Application
  • Excellent understanding of business processes and technical background and experience
  • Familiar with project management methodologies and tools (advanced excel, MS project, JIRA)
  • Managerial skills in front of the users (projects, tasks, meetings etc.)
  • Team player with strong communication and organizational skills
  • High level of English (writing and speaking)
