The NICE Actimize Finance team has an opening for a Global Finance Manager with proven business partnering and analytical skills to join our team and support our Actimize GTM & Operations team.

In this role you will engage directly with Business Partners to forecast, plan, monitor, and provide guidance on across the organization.

To be successful with partners and portfolio leads, this Global Finance Manager role requires a mix of strong analytical skills and process excellence abilities to provide deep business insights and guide financial decision making & execution. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong executive presence, the ability and confidence to work across organizational boundaries, understand and effectively communicate complex concepts, and influence results to drive maximum return for NICE Actimize.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Operations team with annual planning, target setting, project costing, budgeting, quarterly forecasting, regular business reviews etc.
  • Facilitate the month/qtr. end close process with accounting and revenue recognition teams to assure actuals are precise.
  • Distill and translate data into meaningful information and insightful analytics for consumption at the Director & VP level.
  • Ensure investments are aligned to key priorities and recommend opportunities to re-allocate and re-deploy resources.


Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 5+ years post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or Finance work experience
    • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
    • OR equivalent experience.

Experience Preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years of finance/accounting experience (financial planning & analysis, business analysis, financial modeling, controllership)
  • Strong communication & presentation skills. Can easily present complex financial issues to non-finance executives.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships both internal to the team (with peers) and with stakeholders.
  • Ambitious self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple projects and effectively manage priorities without an excess of direct management
  • Strong PC skills (excellent Excel skills required, Power BI and Database skills preferred). Knowledge of Microsoft tools a plus.
