Job Overview

This is a diverse role in a busy EMEA Business Operations team where you will provide support for a variety of different tasks and projects across various departments and internal colleagues within the EMEA Region. You will be directly responsible for a variety of sales analysis and SFDC.com duties, providing timely and accurate ongoing support.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ongoing pipeline health checks with follow up to ensure up to date Salesforce.com  opportunity level data integrity and consistency with Customer Centric Selling (CCS) requirementsThis activity will encompass regular liaison with both EMEA Sales and related Corporate functions and includes:  Competitor information, opportunity stage, forecast fields, opportunity type, CXone sync…
  • Provide support to the EMEA region for ad-hoc analysis requests covering: bookings, pipeline, CSAT.
  • Responsible for the following CSAT procedures:
    Monitoring and ensuring the EMEA Sales Team are maintaining and updating their Account level contacts, which is essential to help drive accurate survey addressees
    Follow up on customer survey responses including communication to the relevant Sales and checking their follow up actions
  • Order management process support, including coordinating and ensuring all pending deal issues are addressed and resolved on a timely basis.  Involves regular liaison with the EMEA Order Management and Sales teams
  • Provide support for the annual planning processes encompassing but not limited to: Go-To-Market (GTM) schedules and analysis, Quota planning schedules, production of support for Focus Area KPIs 
  • Production of the Quarterly Business Review decks for EMEA and its Sales Territories, as well as liaison with LOBs to sync on relevant KPIs.
  • Production of Quarterly reports, analysis and other ad-hoc analytical requests
  • Assistance with Sales on-boarding processes.

Qualifications / Skills

  • Graduate level or equivalent
  • Beneficial to have previous experience in a Sales support role.
  • Salesforce skills an advantage
  • Solid understanding of and experience with MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Able and willing to learn new systems quickly
  • A self-starter that is skilled in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks that encompasses maintaining the day to day, regular reporting and analysis requirements
