NICE is growing rapidly and seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Customer Engagement Analytics team. This role is essential to our growth and will help businesses gain insights from every customer interaction.  

 What You’ll Be Doing 

As a product manager at NICE, you will discover new products and features that are useful, valuable, and technically feasible. Specifically, you will: 

 

  • Identify market needs by conducing researching and talking with customers and stakeholders 
  • Define roadmaps and prioritize features 
  • Document user stories and use cases 
  • Manage relationships and align roadmaps across teams to ensure successful execution 
  • Align teams to the direction and generate excitement about the market challenge they’re solving 
  • Make tough decisions balancing constraints in scope, complexity and time-to-market 
  • Shape agile process with engineering to serve the team’s needs 
  • Bring new products to market by working with all stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and services  

                          What You’ll Need  

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 
  • 5+ years of experience Agile Product Management 
  • Enterprise (B2B) software product management experience 
  • Demonstrated success in software requirement definition 
  • Fluency with current execution paradigms (e.g. Agile Scrum)   
  • Ability to translate customer feedback into software solutions 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Expert decision-making skills 
  • Excellent negotiation skills to resolve internal and external competing priorities 
  • Aptitude for leading and mentoring teams  

       Would Be Very NICE If You Have 

  • Experience with 3rd party cloud (e.g. AWS) native applications 
  • Contact Center process familiarity 
  • Familiarity with the use of digital (text, social) channels in large organizations
