The Manager (PM) will join as a member of our Global Customer Operations Team, executing major initiatives and managing work which directly impacts the business. Responsibilities include collaborating with various internal and external parties for cross-functional projects, implementing and rolling-out tools, developing KPI’s and business measurements, creating and managing processes, performing plan vs. actuals and other business analyses, reporting, and more.
The PM will act as the right-hand to the Senior Director of Customer Operations, who is committed to investing significant time to facilitate this individual’s professional development. This position is highly visible to senior management and works closely with the Global COO.
This environment will be a perfect match for a self-motivated, results-driven individual with exceptional organizational skills. We are excited to welcome a life-long learner who’s ideally motivated to grow into a more senior Project Management role. This person will have the opportunity to explore related learning opportunities and acquire company-funded certifications, such as the PMP.
You will be especially well-positioned for success if you have academic and/or hands-on experience in the following areas:
- Change management
- Efficiency work
- Process definition
- KPI development
Other key skills include:
- Strong Microsoft Excel (e.g., v-lookups, pivot tables, modelling)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an ability to negotiate and set expectations with a variety of internal stakeholders
- Ability to balance and engage with multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining organization and control and driving toward results
