Subject Matter Expert- NICE Performance Management  (NPM)

Location:  Atlanta, GA or Richardson, TX

Position Summary

As an NPM Subject Matter Expert , you will help sales to identify and reach to new opportunities, drive for demonstration and POCs and eb responsible to advocate for  NICE Performance Management (NPM) products. You will be engaged with and / or lead sales enablement, customer success, value realization, and product strategy activities.   To do so, you will  engage both with external customers and prospects as well as with internal stakeholders and counterparts. You will also analyze and synthesize product and related services feedback from customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders   to support the refinement of the product strategy and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate and assist in go-to-market planning and execution, working with all stakeholders
  • Define with Sales leadership the sales support activities required and coordinate them
  • Collaborate with Sales to support product demonstration, pilots and POCs
  • Actively participate at customers meetings to drive for new sales
  • Involvement  in key deals, pipeline generation, and sales conversion
  • Partner with Marketing to promote the product value and define marketing campaigns  
  • Drive product  adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansions, and advocacy
  • Become subject matter expert on the relevant business environment, products and processes
  • Remain up-to-date on industry trends and news
  • Identify and promote best practices for value realization and customer success


  • BA/BS in Business, Computer Science or related degree
  • MBA strongly preferred

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in working in a the software industry and contact center space
  • Experience in pre sales/ products / business analysis related positions
  • Knowing the Contact center market and players  
  • Knowledge of technical infrastructure and presenting solutions
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Thorough understanding of the competitive landscape to appropriately define and position products and services
  • Experience in  effectively using influence, negotiation and relationship building techniques to drive effective execution
  • Innovative and ‘out of the box’ approach
  • Work effectively within and across teams to get things accomplished
  • Ability to exercise excellent judgment when making decisions independently
  • Ability to travel up to 20% domestic and international as needed
