KEY DEPARTMENTAL OBJECTIVES

 

 

Pre-Sales is responsible for working on new sales opportunities by presenting/demonstrating the Nexidia products and their value proposition to prospective and existing clients across multiple industries. 

JOB SUMMARY

 

Working with a Business Analytics Manager, the Business Analyst will perform the necessary analysis to prove out the use cases outlined by the customer during a Nexidia Proof of Concept (PoC).  A PoC is a free 4-5 week project that demonstrates how the Nexidia Interaction Analytics product suite can be utilized to solve real world business problems by analyzing a client’s audio and/or text interactions.  The PoC will focus on 2-3 use cases to prove out a return of investment. 

The PoC is divided into 2 phases: Build and Analysis.  During the Build phase, the Business Analyst will build out the queries, reports, and dashboards required to support the analysis of the use cases.  The Business analysts will work with the Business Analytics Manager to make sure the work is within the scope of the PoC.  During the Analysis phase, the Business Analyst will work towards creating business value added conclusions for each use case that can generate a substantial return of investment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Serve as a core team member in the following capacities:
    • Develop queries using Boolean and temporal logic to deliver the foundation for analytical objectives agreed with the customer
    • Perform analysis of query results and compile information to support the analytical objectives as agreed with customer and defined by the Business Analytics Manager
    • Develop actionable recommendations with projected ROI as a result of analysis
  • Participate in client calls and presentations
  • Maintain project documentation and status as directed by the Business Analytics Manager
  • Work within the Nexidia defined service delivery methodology
  • Strive to add value to the way we deliver by contributing to process and best practice development
  • Keep up to date with Nexidia product releases and develop expertise in their use
  • Act as a point of information and knowledge sharing for team members
  • On time completion of performance, review materials for self and peers
  • Assist other non-US regions with their PoC Build phase efforts
  • As needed, support the delivery of on-site PoCs

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Qualification to degree level or equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ experience working on projects that involve the analysis of specific business areas and the presentation of results and recommendations, ideally with external customers
  • Evidence of inquisitive disposition and its application in a past or current role
  • Contact center experience desirable
