NICE is looking for an experienced, creative and highly motivated product manager, who has vast experience in SaaS-based products, strong background in product management and has strong analytical skills, to join the CXone Cross-suite product team. The role requires working closely with sales, marketing, and customers, strategic thinking, seeing the broad picture, an innovative focus, and the ability to integrate new technologies.


What you’ll be doing:

  • As a Product Manager, you will manage a persona's need across the entire CXone suite through entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
  • Own roadmap plans and prioritize features to support ongoing delivery, sales/marketing initiatives, and new/existing customers' feedback
  • Conduct requirements gathering, reviews, and design review meetings with stakeholders, cross teams, and technical architects
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of requirements, analysis, and specification deliverables
  • Use Agile Product Management methodology to manage product backlog and deliveries
  • Analyze market trends and closely monitor product competitors
  • Act as the subject matter expert of the product and market internally (cross teams, engineering, sales, pre-sales, and marketing) as well as externally (business partners, customers)
  • Research, gather, and define product’s business requirements from discussions with clients, partners, sales, and other sources for current and future product releases
  • Work with marketing, release management and education teams on product materials. e.g., white papers, customer presentations, training presentations, videos, webinars, solution brochures, solution guides


What you’ll need:

  • BA/BS Computer Science or related technical degree. MBA – advantage
  • 3 - 5 years of experience with and knowledge of Agile Product Management
  • Collaborate effectively at all levels across the organization and time zones
  • Enterprise (B2B) software product management experience
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching products
  • Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
  • High motivation and passion to lead and build a leading product
  • Performing business and technology analyses, based on product needs and industry trends
  • Developing concepts into business requirements
  • Innovate, think out of the box to create more value in the product
  • Working successfully with clients and business partners directly
  • Excellent negotiation skills to resolve internal and external competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Contact Center processes familiarity preferred, specifically quality management
  • Team player and a NICE person
