Sales Executive – Eastern Europe & Turkey

NICE is looking for an amazing Sales Executive, who will be responsible for sales targets achievements and developing business in part of East Europe (Poland, Czech, Slovakia, Hungary) and Turkey. This resource is expected to drive the closure of new business - product, services and first year maintenance to New and Existing NICE end-customers. This resource will work closely with our prime customers and our primary business partners (direct and indirect sales) in developing a territory plan for the regions defined above and will ultimately be our point of contact for these regions. This resource will adopt a consultative-led approach to developing and closing key deals within this region.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responsible for achievement of overall sales target for this region
  • Full sales ownership in the region
  • Managing business partner relationships in the region, with the intent of ensuring that NICE is best positioned and supported by our selected partners
  • Take full responsibility for customer acquisition and retention strategies (named customers in this region)
  • New Business Partner finding and recruiting
  • Assist business partner sales staff in finding, developing and winning deals and finding resolution of sales related issues
  • Develop NICE go-to-market message for the regions defined above (differentiate NICE from our competitors)
  • Responsible for the sales strategy and for positioning NICE in the market
  • Being able to professionally articulate the NICE value proposition to direct customers and partners while ensuring sales alignment with partners
  • Interface with both the services, presales and overlay sales teams
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders (business partners) around aggressive displacement strategies and territory plans
  • Management and development of Account Plans and Territory Plans
  • Input into the development of strategic partnerships with business partners
  • Responsibility for sales reporting system (SFDC) correctness and accuracy
  • Comprehensive end-to-end management of all NICE – accounts (taking responsibility for all issues not just sales, i.e. delivery and billing issues)
  • Assume accountability for growing the advanced applications business of this region through aligned sales efforts

What you’ll need:

Requirements: Education, Training and Experience

  • Proven sales management and sales track record in high value solutions sales: [GI: average deal size of $300K or few hundreds of thousands USD]
  • A minimum of 6-8 years senior sales experience
  • Experience in managing sales performance, pipeline development & forecasting
  • Proven track record in selling large, strategic opportunities
  • Proven track record in achieving targets and goals set [GI: yearly target of approx. $2.5M]
  • Experience in managing a direct and indirect go to market strategies
  • An advantage: working knowledge of the Contact Center domain and related technologies

  • Ability to motivate a team of sales specialists from business partners.

  • The role requires frequent travel
