Professional Services Engineer (PSE)
The Professional Service Engineer (PSE) works as a member of the delivery team for product implementation, configuration and integration projects. Provides expertise and technical contribution in technical aspects of the project.
Installation and configuration of NICE software solutions/and or equipment at customer sites (remote or on premise) while following defined methodology, processes, system requirements and customer specific needs.
Resolve technical issues related to application implementation and supports trouble shooting of product functionality.
Perform necessary tests to ensure that all components of the technical architecture are properly implemented.
Complete necessary project documentation.
Provide basic application overview, technical support and technical quality control throughout all stages of the project.
Contribute to work plan creation, document issue resolution to knowledge base system and support internal team members with technical issues.
Provide proactive updates to the project manager and customers during the project and follow-up, project pending items and open issues until project closure.
Integrate NICE's applications with Oracle, MSSQL, Flat Files, and other backend enterprise systems using ETL, XML, and scripting languages (integration specific only).
Certain products may be required to include the development of codes/scripts.
Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical degree, industry related certifications (MSCE), and/or relevant job experience.

• Application Servers: J2EE, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, Liferay, Mule
