Senior HRIS Analyst



  • Managing, implementing, and deploying the solution in our HR systems (Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, LMS, recruitment systems, and more)
  • Provide business process and HRIS expertise, ensuring any new developments and enhancements meet business requirements efficiently and cost-effectively
  • Support and maintain existing E2E processes within the HR operations worldwide
  • Ability to build and implement HR processes in an HRIS system from infancy and oversee all aspects of project life cycles
  • Establish and build strong relationships with company Executives and Managers to ensure Human Resources business initiatives are executed efficiently
  • Provide expert advice regarding HRIS strategies and best practices
  • Proven record and experience managing projects on time and within the company budget
  • Perform troubleshooting as required. As such, leads problem-solving efforts to include involving outside vendors
  • Liaise with multiple technology teams such as Development, Integrations, IT System & Network, Information Security, and third-party vendors
  • Learning the application constantly and keep up-to-date expected abilities
  • Be proactive


  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Computer Science or other related fields​
  • 5+ years of relevant experience (ex: HR Information Systems, Information Technology, project management in an HR domain)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR, HR systems, HR processes, and HR data analytics- MUST
  • Solid experience with HR Oracle on-prem application - MUST
  • Wide range of business applications such as SuccessFactors, Recruitment tools,  etc. - Advantage
  • System oriented - self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex system.
  • Project management experience, especially in leading global projects, technology upgrades, or implementations
  • Excellent analyst skills – ability to independently gather and translate HR business requirements into recommended solutions, configure them and find creative ways to overcome configuration gaps
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills as well as an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to successful completion​
  • Ability to absorb, analyze, and understand new information, technologies, and practices quickly​
  • Independent, autodidact, and a quick learner
  • Passion for excellence, highly self-motivated and has the desire to have a significant impact on the business
  • Excellent service orientation​
  • Translate data analytics into insights and create the story behind the numbers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to document, present, and communicate complex information in a simplified manner to all audiences
  • Experience in global companies – an advantage
  • English- fluent (mandatory)
