Senior Software Engineer

R&D / Engineering Raanana, Israel



  • Function as a subject matter expert in multiple backend components and modules
  • Encourage continuous improvement in the development process and ensure efficient delivery of products
  • Taking ownership of major feature development throughout the entire development lifecycle
  • Work together with other scrum members to drive and complete feature development E2E
  • Adhere to agile development principles while following and improving all aspects of the scrum process
  • Contribute to and drive technological and architectural decisions
  • Work in collaboration with product management to align the developed features with business requirements


BSc. in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent



  • At least 3 years as a java backend software engineer
  • Strong design and analytical skills with adherence to OO principles and best practices
  • Experience working with application servers – tomcat/jetty
  • Extensive experience developing with spring framework and spring boot
  • Experience working with relational DB -SQL Server/MySql/Oracle using JPA & Hibernate -at least one year
  • Experience working with Elasticsearch - advantage
  • Experience creating RESTful API's with alignment to industry standards
  • Good software design capabilities, debugging skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience leading and actively participating in major features development for a high scale, distributed product
  • High level verbal and written English skills
  • Experience working in an agile team (scrum) - advantage
