About the role:                                
                                                           
 
Sales Executive Named Accounts– owning a defined territory (UK/I) with the responsibility to generate new business within a Government & Public Sector customer base. Within that base to  cross sell and up sell new contact centre solutions and services, ensuring we deliver value with the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Understanding the business issues faced by your customers and helping them find solutions via our product portfolio alongside our value realisation services. Direct and Indirect go to market, working with our valued Business Partner Network and Systems Integrators. Build sales pipeline, create great customer references and close sales. 
 
About you: 

5 years in a customer facing sales role in software and/or SaaS solutions (not platforms), working with Government & Public Sector customers.

Consistent and proven track record. Degree or equivalent experience.

Must have a professional outlook with a desire to succeed and progress, comfortable with multi-million-dollar sales targets.
 

You must possess the desire to excel in customer satisfaction and new business sales. Great relationship building skills, able to demonstrate value to customers, partners and colleagues, the curiosity and analytical skills to understand why customers need our solutions and to build the value case in the customer’s terms Work with teams of product sales, pre-sales and services colleagues to create great outcomes for our customers.
 

The job is based in our London offices (Blackfriars). The team is currently working from home.
