ASEAN Marketing & Sales Development Manager


Job Description

  • Work closely with regional marketing team and sales leader to seek business alignment and develop effective marketing activities to support region’s strategy
  • Pipeline development and new logos acquisition across the solution suite
  • Exercise creativity, initiate, develop and implement demand generation and brand awareness programs such as campaigns, events, digital marketing and others
  • Monitor programs performance, measure effectiveness and generate analysis reports
  • Support APAC marketing and sales enablement programs  
  • Build relationships and go-to-market strategy with the regional sales team and business partners
  • Engage closely with sales team on prospecting and competitive displacement strategy.
  • Build tailored offerings for key accounts / industry verticals in the region
  • Budget and agency management


Desired Skills and Experience


  • At least 6 years of experience leading field marketing initiatives and programs
  • Has a customer centric selling mindset
  • Proven ability to understand and communicate market trends and the needs of major accounts to develop business driven technology solutions
  • Ability to plan, manage and produce sales and marketing events for a varied audience
  • Familiar with MS Office, Salesforce and Marketo
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • A hands-on team player, well organized, meticulous, positive working attitude, able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferably has a good understanding of the contact center and customer service market space including current trends and competitive dynamics
  • Experience in the fields of Analytics, Robotic Automation, Business Solutions and Customer Experience desirable
  • Be energetic, hardworking and flexible to grow with the company
