NICE Public Safety has generated a market-leading position over the last two years across its UK and US markets with the leading Digital Evidence Management solution out in the market today. In the UK this solution now commands 40% of the market and grows quarterly.  In order to continue to expand and grow our international markets NICE now seek a proven quota carrying, experienced sales lead within the Public Safety market for the DACH region. The solution is now a well-established SaaS platform recognized by leading analysts as the number 1 solution in the Digital Evidence Management space and this opportunity, therefore, represents an excellent opportunity to join a world-leading team and to deliver genuine policing outcomes for our important customers across the region.

We are seeking a proven, individual quota-carrying experienced SaaS sales executive to build our business within the DACH region. Responsibilities include generating new business in new accounts and in new markets, as well as playing the key role as you drive strategic Customer Experience initiatives for our existing customers.

Key Objectives for the role:
To utilize the key wins, case studies, user references from outside the region to establish NICE Investigate within the DACH region. This will include key prospecting activities supported by the marketing team for the region. Objectives are specifically:
  • Generate NICE Investigate pipeline for the DACH region
  • Establish key SI partnerships in the region to facilitate delivery within the region
  • Establish initial customer PoC’s/References in the region
  • Lead and close all new business transactions while expanding existing accounts for the sale of NICE PUBLIC SAFETY SOLUTIONS to prospective customers in the UK/DACH
  • Create and develop a channel and partner networks
  • Achieve annual and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prospect, identify, and develop potential customers and partners.
  • Develop an account and regional sales plans for the DACH Go to Market
  • Provide solutions-led applications presentations, application studies, financial justifications, and demonstrations to illustrate the benefits of NICE solutions and services.
 Extensive and relevant experience of selling enterprise-level Public Safety applications solutions gained within a major software applications (SaaS) vendor or Extensive, relevant experience of selling of other Public Safety software applications and associated solutions.
 
  • Background in digital evidence management would be a distinctive advantage
  • Vertical sales experience/knowledge within Public Safety (Blue light) is a must
  • Experience in solution and application selling
  • Demonstrable track record of sales quota and revenue over achievement with a strong reference base across prior customers
  • Ability to develop relationships with the ‘C’ or VP level business users to sell based on business value
  • Self-sufficient, and likes to be given end objectives with the flexibility to take ownership and manage activities & processes to achieve results
  • Ability to deliver against tight timelines with a drive for Customer Focus and satisfaction
  • Technically knowledgeable with the ability to relate technology to business issues/challenges and translate to business/operational benefits
  • Individual must be highly motivated with excellent communication and presentations skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce.com
  • Demonstrate key relationship-based selling skills
