Senior Digital Analyst/Solution Consultant

Primary Purpose |
As a Digital Solution Consultant, you are responsible for providing analytical and outcome driven expertise using NICE’s Digital Analytics solutions. In this capacity, you will primarily partner with organizations across the business to utilize, demonstrate and provide feedback on new and evolving Digital Analytics solutions. You will also take the lead in performing and presenting analysis outcomes using NICE Enlighten XO as a part of Sales pursuits. As a Digital Solution Consultant, you will build and maintain functional expertise with the front-end use of CEA’s Analytical Product and Service offerings. This includes a strong understanding of key analytical and technical considerations that impact our clients’ ability to achieve their business goals. You will also conduct targeted analytical initiatives using CEA systems and data to support prospect value realization and estimated ROI. The ideal candidate is intellectually inquisitive, with strong communication, organization, analytical and technical capabilities. As a self-starter, they are not afraid to jump into new analytical solutions to learn how analytical outcomes can directly impact client organizations. They have a desire to provide thoughtful feedback to continuously improve our solutions, and to be a client facing and internal champion of the products. Primary Functions/Responsibilities
· Identify new opportunities to drive value with NICE solutions Required Education Bachelors degree in Management, Finance, Business Intelligence / Analytics, or a related field. Masters degree preferred. Required Experience/Skills
