Solution Consultant

Our ideal candidate brings a strong mix of sales and consulting with the demonstrated experience to lead the functional sales process from demonstration, through to discovery, requirements gathering and building the business case.   We are looking for an excellent collaborator, with an ability to communicate complex concepts to a variety of audiences in a confident and compelling way and make the complex easy and simple to follow - sensing when to ditch the script and engage with people rather than slides.

What you will do

Our Solution Consultants leads the business discovery as part of the sales process and are responsible for creating the vision and roadmap for a customer’s automation journey.

  • Professionally and independently conduct business needs analysis, discovery discussions and workshops to assess automation potential.
  • Create and deliver tailored, compelling, customer centric presentations and demonstrations
  • Detailed opportunity assessment: identify, qualify, scope, and prioritize candidate processes for automation for both POC and production deployment
  • Assist with execution of successful proof of concepts (POC), where appropriate.
  • Manage processes stakeholders and take the ownership on process automation activities.
  • Provide guidance and direction for pilot projects
  • Provide product feedback and work closely with product management to refine marketplace requirements into product enhancements.

What you bring to the table

To be successful in this role you will need strong business insights with a deep understanding of how technology can bring business value to our customers.

  • Proven business operational consulting or analytical experience related to business process optimization and/or automation
  • Exceptional presentation, demo, and communication skills
  • Expertise to communicate effectively from C-level executives down to front line employees
  • Motivation to take ownership, manage and deliver tasks independently and meet time sensitive deadlines
  • Experience in customizing and building visionary storyboards for demo’s, POCs and executive presentations.
  • Aptitude to define and document Process and Technical Design documents.

What differentiates you as the best:

  • Ability to communicate business and technical concepts to non-technical business users as well as technical stakeholders
  • Understanding of large contact center environments would be advantageous.
  • Change Management or User Adoption experience

Where you’ll be:

The Solution Consultant will be remote; candidates should anticipate 25% travel.
