Unified Communications Compliance Product Manager

 

NICE offers a complete solution that facilitates rigorous recording and monitoring of regulated users communication activities, which is key to a firm ability to meet the stringent regulatory demands and achieve an operating environment that protects customers and the firm reputation. The market is currently transitioning from on-premise technologies to a “Cloud first” approach whilst delivering new Unified Communications to their users. NICE are actively assisting our customers meet their strategic Cloud and Unified Communications approach by delivering communications compliance solutions that enable this transition.

 

  • Product Manager will develop the product strategy and vision based on the overall NICE, division and line of business strategy and market analysis
  • Be responsible to gather, map and prioritize market challenges, features, and product requirements from all stakeholders (e.g. customers, partners, R&D, sales, services, competition, analysts, regulations), balancing short-term commitments, customer needs and long-term roadmap
  • Own the Cloud product strategy and vision based on overall NICE, division and LoB/BU strategy and market analysis
  • Ensure products meets customer expectations and achieve target CSAT
  • Own and communicate the high level and detailed product roadmap
  • Collaborate with marketing, presales, sales, partners and customers to drive business, maintain product knowledge and ensure clear communication
  • Define product launch and end-of-life
  • Maintain up to date product demo environments mirroring current market messaging
  • Collaborate with R&D on delivery of the product backlog with high quality taking time to market into mind  
  • Manage partner activities for OEM products including build/buy assessment, pricing, technical integration specifics, ongoing roadmap planning



Preferred Candidates will have a background in:

  • SaaS
  • Cloud technology – e.g AWS/Azure
  • Unified Communications
  • Telecommunications industry
  • Voice recording industry, including trader voice
  • Regulatory Compliance as applied to financial services communications

 

 

  Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, preferably Computer Science or Engineering
  • MBA preferred
