Salesforce Project Manger

  • Determine the scope and clear business objectives of the project and the critical success factors of implementation projects
  • Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure that the project progresses on schedule and within budget
  • Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks. Ensure quality and integrity of the information
  • Perform risk assessment, and implement mitigation plans
  • Ensure that project goals are accomplished and are in line with business objectives
  • Assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority to project personnel
  • Ensure meeting standards for project reporting and documentation
  • Analyze project milestones to determine time frame, funding limitations and appropriate process for accomplishing projects
  • Continuously benchmark project management performance to identify improvements and achieve higher maturity & adoption
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to drive projects to completion, and be successful in a collaborative environment
  • Strive for collaboration and project’s milestones execution in best quality


  • Minimum 3 years of experience as SFDC system project manager & Implementer
  • SFDC Admin certification
  • SFDC CPQ knowledge – An advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Computer Science or other related field
  • Demonstrated competency in project management role involving the execution of multiple projects or a large project
  • Familiar with project management methodologies and tools (advanced excel, MS project, TFS)
  • Ability to plan and organize with high quality standards and with outstanding attention to details
  • Strong analysis and problem solving skills
  • Team player with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
  • Experience in global companies – an advantage
