Description

Your work will be both analytical and experimental in nature and include prototyping of new algorithms, investigating data, and evaluating algorithm performance. In this role you will be required to work with the product team to identify needs, define the research topics and the desired outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, Design and develop deep learning algorithms, including benchmarking and integration with products
  • Engage in technology and machine learning library evaluation
  • Participate in public funding (PFP) research projects
  • Review and analyze state of the art academic and industrial articles
  • Work with the different team members to design the software product architecture (including relevant R&D Team members and including Product Managers, Sales, Customer Support and Services)

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in computer science or related fields doing research in the fields of Machine Learning
  • 2+ years’ experience in researching and implementing algorithms using R, Python, Scala, Java or others
  • High personal potential and ability to lead a project from research to product integration
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience as software developer - Advantage
  • Practical experience/knowledge in software architecture – Advantage
  • Experience with public cloud provider, preferable AWS - Advantage
  • Practical experience in operating within a global environment - Advantage
  • Fluent English - a must
