Within Actimize, the AI and Analytics Team is developing the next generation advanced analytical cloud platform that will harness the power of data to provide maximum accuracy for our clients’ Financial Crime programs. As part of the PaaS/SaaS development group, you will be responsible for developing this platform for Actimize cloud-based solutions and to work with cutting edge cloud technologies.

This new SaaS platform will enable our customers (some of the biggest financial institutes around the world) to create solutions on the platform to fight financial crime.



  • Design reports/dashboards which minimize redundancy and at the same time provide actionable insights by way of smart, interactive dashboards.
  • Develop/Configure software feature(s) according to design document & enterprise software standards.
  • Work with Specialist software engineers, architects and managers in the design process for software products and services.
  • Design and implement the installation and deployment aspects of the product on private and public cloud.
  • Maintain and optimize all of the product release pipeline phases: Build, Application deployment, Artifact promotion
  • Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design and user manuals
  • Work and collaborate in Agile teams, adopting Agile spirit, methodology and tools 


  • 2+ years of experience in Reporting/ETL.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence domain
  • Visualize and develop BI reporting solutions; complex multi-paneled, interactive dashboards using Tableau
  • Design and Develop dashboards and reports from multiple data sources by effectively using data blending, filters, Hierarchies, Transformations, Calculated Fields, customize Calculations, Conditions and Filter (Local, Global), prompts, Sets, Groups, Parameters, Graphs, Forecast
  • 1+ years of working with GIT-based source control systems, preferably with GitHub/GitLab
  • Experience with build and dependency management tools (Maven, Gradle)
  • 1+ years writing Python, Shell or similar build scripting languages
  • Experience on Jenkins managing CI/CD pipelines
  • Analyze, troubleshoot and tune product performance
  • Excellent Visual Design skills in developing complex Dashboards, Scorecards, Analytic reports with sensitivity to user-system interaction experience
  • Experience using SQL to build custom datasets for reporting or analysis; Ability to write complicated yet efficient SQL queries and stored procedures
  • Comfortable in manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources
  • Ability to interpret business requirements from Finance/Banking industry experience is a plus
  • Self-motivated and fast learner with a strong sense of ownership and drive
  • High caliber team player, self-starter and ability to work independently.
  • Exposure to Performance optimization techniques like Tableau Performance recording
  • Comfortable working with high volume data in cloud.
