Description

As the Technical Services Manager of APAC Professional Services at NICE Actimize you will reporting directly to the Regional Head of Professional Services and leading a regional team of Architects and Implementers.

Responsibilities

  • Align organizational IT strategy with customer experience strategy while continually helping improve operation policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Align resources management strategy with business strategy across different business activities while ensuring effective and productive utilization of the teams.
  • Provide leadership and mentor technical team members within the APAC region and constantly look for ways to improve technical skills within the team. Engage and/or facilitate periodic training for the technical team
  • Design solutions to complex business problems by extending our proprietary software in ways that are supportable, upgradeable, maintainable and (ideally) would garner support across multiple customers.
  • Champion the understanding, support for, and value of the architecture function and strategy, lead the architecture function including direct and indirect team members, and secure active participation and strong advocacy from the Business and IT communities, customers, suppliers, and industry bodies.
  • Support sales and pre-sales on new opportunities and leads. Provide consultation to prospects and clients on best practices on the technologies to adopt
  • Work with presales teams to design and present possible solutions to potential new customers, as well as help with RFI/RFP responses
  • Review delivery artifacts and provide guidance on technical aspects of the NICE Actimize solutions to the team members reporting to this role.
  • Strive to build efficiencies, repeatable processes, and best practices on implementations
  • Work closely with clients to set expectations as well as help them adopt best practices on the Actimize implementation methodologies
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to the project teams throughout all project phases, from planning to production deployment and beyond.
  • Collaborate with product management on defining new product features
  • Create/Enforce standards, best practices, and tools to be used by the professional services team in the various projects

Candidate Requirements:

  • A proven track record of developing strategies for growth, tactical decision-making abilities, technical leadership, and team mentoring
  • Excellent communication skills and strong presentation skills required
  • Financial Services experience is a must, preferably in the Financial Crime and Compliance domain.
  • Very good understanding of the Actimize solutions and architecture
  • Strong experience in designing and delivering Enterprise solutions to Tier 1 organizations with end-to-end experience and expertise
  • Domestic travel required (up to 30%)
  • Customer facing experience, preferably in a Consulting or Professional Services capacity
  • BA degree in Computer Science or related field or relevant experience (advanced degree a plus)
