Business Analyst Consultant

Job Purpose:

 

Provide consultative services  on all matters related to financial crime. Requires ability to facilitate business transformation in order to drive increased adoption of financial crime solutions. A consultant will take part in delivering solutions in accordance with a prescribed Business Consulting methodology and form trusted advisor relationships with customers.

Main Responsibilities

and Deliverables:

1.

Implement solutions according to the NICE Business Consulting methodology aligned with customer requirements; ensure quality and timely delivery of products and services.

2.

Provide thought leadership whenever called upon. Ability to influence project scope, deliverables and customer success. Prepare communication, risks, and issue mitigations plans to ensure successful delivery of projects.

3.

Provide effective communication and act as a single point of contact for the customers, both internally and externally for project -related engagements.

4.

Identify, define and deliver new service offerings based on market needs and trends.

 

5.

Measure the quality and efficiency of each delivery.  Proactively provide feedback on lessons learned and suggestions for future improvements.  Contribute to delivery and implementation methodology improvements. Provide assessment of engagement outcomes.

 

6.

Promote deep connection and a trusted advisor relationship with clients, internally and externally. Promote the NICE Actimize Professional Services brand in a positive manner.

Qualifications / Education / Experience:

·       Proven technical aptitude, and relevant experience in the field and industry NICE Actimize operates in

·       Development and management of budgets

·       Minimum of 5-years financial crime experience within a consulting firm, regulatory body or large financial institution

·       Subject matter expertise in the areas of financial crime, performance management and metrics, business analysis, quality management and training

·       Business development experience focused on solutions with a significant services component

·       Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

·       Team coaching, motivation, and supervision

·       Communication and presentation skills

·       Task minded, detail oriented

·       MBA desired; BA/BS in relevant field required

·       Professional qualification/accreditation in financial crime domain

·       Good knowledge across all of Actimize financial crime platform & solutions

·       Has, or is seeking to attain, professional qualifications in financial crime domain

 

·       Regarded as a professional that requires minimal supervision and informally mentors other team members

·       Plans, estimates, and organizes consulting engagements of medium complexity project(s) across multiple lines of product/solution and medium complexity customer environments

·       Accountable for the Statement of Work (SOW) and Project Plan of Professional Services projects, along with all related materials, work products, deliverables, updates, etc.

·       In depth understanding of customer business, successes, failures, and politics

·       Promotes a deep connection and a trust relationship with clients

·       Ability to identify, define and position new service offerings

·       Undertake and participate in internal and external communication in the form of webinars, or any other marketing platform

·       Regarded as a Subject Matter Expert

·       Has attained professional qualification/accreditation in financial crime domain

·       Plans, estimates, and organizes overall delivery of consulting engagement of high complexity and high complexity customer environments

·       Is able to select, define and position NICE Actimize Professional Services offerings to clients to ensure customer success & profitability

·       Mentors Business Analyst Consultants at Stage I and II

·       In depth understanding of customer business, successes, failures, and politics

·       Promotes a deep connection and a trust relationship with clients

·       Owns the professional area

·       Regarded as a Subject Matter Guru

·       Identifies, defines and creates Professional Service offerings

·       Liaises with Actimize senior management to promote and represent  Business Analyst practice

·       Mentors all levels of Business Consultants

·       In depth understanding of customer strategy and strategic needs

·       Promote Business Analyst practice internally and externally through marketing platforms, generation of whitepapers and Webinars
